Operations. Our Operations team knows their responsiveness is critical to your ability to provide quality customer service to your clients. Once your transition to J.P. Turner is complete, you will be assigned a dedicated operations specialist who will provide you with ongoing support throughout the life of your business.
Compliance. We believe that compliance plays a critical role in the efficiency of your business. As a result, we will listen, explore your ideas, work closely with you and take the time to explain any situation or decision. We are vigilant about protecting you, your clients and J.P. Turner and our willingness to explore new ideas provides you with yet another resource so you can create your business your way.
Supervision. If you are opening a J.P. Turner branch, you will be assigned to a dedicated area vice president (AVP) who will serve as your "go to" person for all your questions and provide ongoing supervision and support services.
Business Development. We are focused on helping you create your ideal business and we support you through our growing list of seminars and workshops. We understand that the ability to learn about new products, technologies and current business trends will assist you in achieving your goals. In addition, we can provide one-on-one consulting and show you how to expand your branch, hire reps and much more.
Marketing. From our online ordering system to providing ideas and insight, our Marketing Department can provide the support you need to communicate effectively with current and prospective clients to grow your business. We know your success is our success and that's why we strive to be responsive to your needs, listen to your ideas and help you implement solutions.
Accounting. Unlike other firms, J.P. Turner provides complete business accounting services. We can process your payroll and provide detailed breakdowns of your brokers' earned commissions to increase your efficiency; all at no additional cost.
Dedicated Trading Desk. Our traders have more than 60 years of combined experience. Utilizing the latest technologies and our state-of-the-art trading center, our seasoned traders will work diligently in your clients' interests.
